These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Marali Santhe, operated by Marali Santhe Organics Pvt Ltd, registered at #64, Ground Floor, 7th Cross, 24th Main, RK Colony, JP Nagar 2nd Phase, Bengaluru – 560078.

2. Products & Ordering

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural produce variation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of placing the order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices.
• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Marali Santhe.

3. Delivery Policy

We offer home delivery services with the following terms:

• Free home delivery within a 5 km radius from our JP Nagar store for orders above ₹499.
• Free delivery across Bangalore for orders above ₹3,000.
• Delivery charges will apply for orders below the specified thresholds or outside the delivery zones.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, traffic, high demand periods).
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

4. Payment Terms

We accept multiple payment methods including online payment, UPI, and cash on delivery (where available). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• In case of a payment failure, please retry or contact us. Do not attempt multiple payments without confirming the status of the previous transaction.
• GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied as per applicable Indian tax laws. Our GSTIN is 29AWEPR9293C1Z0.

5. Returns & Refunds

We strive to deliver the freshest organic produce. If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product:

• Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos to maralisanthe@gmail.com or call 9035408833.
• Eligible returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Perishable products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activities.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
